I bought these for the front seats of my car; especially for my canine co-pilot. I refused to use mine but it's fine with a towel to keep it in place. You can try putting a non-slip pad underneath. I would not recommend leather or other smooth sofas or chairs. I like that it's waterproof.

We needed to protect my mother's chair from accidental unavoidable accidents. These pads still work great and are easy to throw in the wash when needed. I recommend maybe securing the front corners because they tend to curl or fold when you sit or stand up. Overall a good product and nice to look at.

I bought these slipcovers to protect my sofa from a drooling dog. It would be great if they stayed. To make them waterproof they have a very smooth black backing which makes them extremely slippery and won't stay in place at the slightest touch. If they put a waterproof lining between the fabric there is some support between the sofa and the cushion to keep them in place. They always lie on the floor even though I cover them with a sofa cover and have tried fabric tape as well. TERRIBLE DESIGN!

This is NOT waterproof! I just received today. My mother got her sofa dirty sitting on this pillow. No waterproof backing or top layer material. I want my money back! but cut off the labels as my mother requested. We used a pad and soaked liquid! Why is it called waterproof? I need to find waterproof ones, my mom has a new sofa!
