Update: Arthur Furman's review is correct. My blade has also started to fall off. This is unacceptable for a $30 razor handle. I have had a solid brass razor that contained two blade cartridges for a very long time. The handle itself is not stable as intended. As you shave, the handle will start to unscrew - this can be fixed with a lock washer from the hardware store, but this indicates a problem. The absolute killer is that the razor doesn't hold the Mach3 blade while you shave. That means it will fall off the razor when you try to shave.

Looks great and works well with my Gillette Mach II razors. I shave in the shower. Although the surface is nice and shiny, it is not slippery. It worked well.
