Description of ColorBox Poinsettia Petal Point Inkpad, 4.25 X 4.75

Inkpad contains 8 pigment ink colors, total inking surface of pad is a 4-inch diameter, individual color inking surface is Pie shaped 2-inch-by-1 1/4-inch (at widest). Individual inkpads can be removed from base for single use. ColorBox pigment is slow drying, fade resistant, nonreactive ink which is perfect for use on scrapbook pages, journals, planners, cards and other paper based craft projects. When used directly on paper, drying time will depend on paper used and thickness of ink application. To quickly dry ink on paper, place a paper towel over project and iron with a clothing iron set on high, no stream. Soap and water cleans ink off all types of stamps without staining. Colors: Merlot, Cranberry, Magenta, Scarlet, Green, Grass, Moss Green, Evergereen.

Will not dry out

I bought this ink pad 6 months ago and it stays very wet. This is not your typical ink pad that dries out after a few uses. The best part is that you can remove each pad of color individually so you don't smudge the colors together. The colors are also very strong. The only thing I would recommend is to be careful not to smudge the colors together. My 2 year old grabbed it and smeared the green onto the yellow. Now I'm not getting a clear yellow print. Perfect Spring and Easter Palette

I just used this palette with a large, airy butterfly as the background for a postcard. I put my stamp on the entire group of ink pads so the colors on my stamp are mixed and each butterfly has a mix of each of those colors. The ink is rather faded on my card. Partly because the butterfly stamp is very thin and thin with no big chunks to match the color and also because this ink is really pastel in colour. The colors are bright and easy to use.

I like these. They are cool. I ordered four of these - Fun, Pinwheel, Metalextra Alchemy and Autumn Pastels. Fall pastels are chalk colors, I wanted to try them all! -- and I should get it today. The colors are bright and easy to use. I had no problems drying it. Of course, I didn't use them in large amounts, just the usual amount.
