DON'T SMELL AS YOU EXPECT

Firstly, although the product does what it says it does, it has no odor that I could detect and after using it I felt better using more expensive cedar oil used. As for the application, you should have or have a small sprayer, because alternatively you can also apply the product with a cloth or by hand. To be honest, I felt safer with cedar oil, and my garage and closet smelled like cedar, and after seemingly raising a few generations of moths in my "one-piece" dresses, I felt safer.

Effectively updated an old cedar chest

I inherited a cedar chest that had been damaged by mothballs for decades. I've tried several methods to remove the stench to no avail. I sanded it lightly and applied two coats of cedarwood oil. It helped and now it can be used. The smell is light and unobtrusive. Because it's 100% cedar oil, I believe it will be an effective insect repellent. After a previous incident where bed bugs were brought into our home, the only effective natural remedy was cedar nut oil. I would highly recommend this…

Pure waste of time and money!

First of all, contrary to the description, the composition does not contain lavender. There's a lot of distilled water and very little cedarwood oil or aroma. I sanded my cedar logs and soaked them in this product and then let them air dry. No distinct smell. Saturate them completely again on both sides - let them dry. Just a faint cedar smell when I held it right up to my nose. Soaked a third time - the result is the same. I threw the bottle in the trash. Cedar blocks applied with pure…

Short-lasting fragrance/liquid Milky liquid

I purchased this product to rejuvenate my cedar rings, cedar logs and cedar shavings in many places in my home such as closets, cupboards and drawers. After properly sanding the pieces of wood lightly, I soaked each piece in this liquid, allowed it to dry sufficiently, and put them back together. The odor, which was not very strong but smelled very faintly of cedar from the beginning, disappeared after 3 days. This product is NOT real cedarwood oil. It was a white watery milky liquid. I've…
