This jacket fits perfectly. My daughter is 3ft 2.5 and wears a 3T. It's very light and I think it's perfect for this California weather. You can wear a sweater underneath for warmth. Definitely the perfect wind jacket for spring.

I've always wondered why the rain jacket has a flat hood. Well this jacket is perfect for our little one. We bought it because we bought a 4t for our 2 year old and it works. I like the fact that the hooded part covers her whole head. Many other raincoats do not meet the requirements.

My daughter loves this raincoat. It fits her well and perfectly protects against rain. The color is very cute (not too pink, more of a nice coral color) and she loves that it goes well with her rubber boots. We sized her to wear it for more than one season. The quality I expect from Columbia is that the zipper is strong and washes well.
