I wear them all the time!

I live in Houston and yes it is hot and muggy 6-8 months of the year. I live in shorts so I've worn a lot of different brands but my favorite is the Columbia Men's Extended Brewha II Shorts. They're relatively heavy and durable, with handy pockets including a rear zip pocket for a wallet. I just bought my third pair so I can rotate my inventory. The price bites a little but it's worth it. Five stars.

Great fit, durability in shorts

From Klamath's to Brewha's I've worn these shorts for years and love them. my plain pants and I have 4 decent pairs and 4 pairs just sitting around the shop and in the garden and I buy about 4 a year and throw away my crappy ones that I butchered. I appreciate the lighter weight compared to the original Klamath design, although I never thought I would say that. I like the introduction of random bright colors, although I mostly buy fossils and bones. Lots of pockets on the front which is great…

READ THIS FIRST. These shorts could be perfect for you.

This is my first Revain review. after thousands of purchased products. it should tell you something. :)one. The elastic has the same elastic as my dad's pants. 2. They are very wide at the bottom and when dressed properly they look like midget culottes.3. They're short, okay. Freddie Mercury Short Film.4. Someone forgot to put the bow on the back. Is this a weird GQ thing? 5. Small lace loops at the bottom of each front pocket just right. if you're wearing them to another Brownie Scouts…

Great knockout shorts!

Medium weight Very comfortable shorts - nice material. Washes easily and dries fairly quickly. The pockets are right where you need them and the position of the right hand phone pocket on the hip is nothing short of inspirational. It's ready to hand when you need it, certainly doesn't get in the way when you get in and is still there, especially in the car. All pants must have a cell phone pocket. Maybe the one on the left is also something for the southern paws among us. The legs are of medium

My favorite shorts are outerwear

I've been wearing these shorts (different colors) for so many years I've lost count. If Columbia ever stops making them I will be very disappointed. They are durable, easy to care for and look great after the first few hundred washes. The front pockets are deep, Velcro pockets are handy and the small loops in the front are perfect for a cordless phone or hammer. Back pockets close the deal for me. One has a zip closure for security and the other is slightly offset to the side. If you have a…

Total disappointment - NOT what I liked years ago

LOVE COLOMBIA, I will happily review future designs for older men who are used to comfortable, quality, functional clothing and don't care. about a fashion statement. We have a reasonable amount of money and would like to return our clothes please. Shorts for middle-aged men, even those willing to spend upwards of $17 at their local department/clothing/grocery store are in a 'crisis situation'. , when you borrow your favorite phrase from the media. I have enjoyed photographing a pair of…
