Columbia Men's Washed Cotton Khaki Pants Review

It said to order the same size as my pants, which I did. It was 3-4 inches smaller, nah! It might have been a great belt, but I can't comment on that, I haven't gotten that far yet.

The belt is not 1 1/2 inches wide but is 1 3/8 inches and looked like it was worn just behind the buckle, a very different shade of brown, more like a tan than worn.

I thought it was an ordinary sea belt. It has a swordfish design. Not critical, but not quite what I wanted. Fits well, stretches a bit but overall happy with the purchase.

Runs small and doesn't stretch at all. Don't waste your time with this. Wrong name and waste of time. At least they didn't pay for round-trip shipping as punishment for misleading us.

The rest of the reviews are spot on. 1/2 quality of an identical belt bought a few years ago. Not only cheaper quality but the belt is said to be the same size but 2 inches shorter than the original.

The band looks and fits great, but despite the "stretch" in the description, I was unable to stretch the resulting band by pulling on it with all my might. I sent the belt back and got my money back quickly. I usually like Columbia brand products. The belt is well made but I needed an elastic belt.

The product is well made but was advertised as stretching. The instructions on how to choose the right size in the chart are wrong.

The product is fine. Paid $30 for it which is expensive now $21! Now he ships Prime, my order is shipped via UPS which required a signature during regular business hours, I was out of the office. So, UPS sent to the right place, I had to spend time driving there, paying for parking and waiting to receive the goods. BAD DEAL! Now I only buy Prime, albeit with a discount.

I bought the same belt three years ago and it has worn out from a lot of use. The new one had a very tough leather that was unusable until I soaked it in leather honey conditioner for a few days. Now it's improved but still doesn't look like the original. It also runs a bit smaller. However, I'm glad I was able to get it as it wasn't available during the pandemic.

First order was a size 36 and was 5" under, ordered a size 38 and was 3" under and didn't match any belt size in my closet. My size 38 was getting too big due to weight loss so I ordered a small 36 and it was way out of range and 38 was also too small. All of my current belts fit just perfectly, anyone who has ever made these belts has not been able to change their measurement system to US measurements. I am returning size 38.

This is of course the old basis for khaki belts. The quality of the belt is excellent, I just always choose the wrong size. Ordered what should have been the correct length but it is a bit long.

This is my second purchase of this belt. It's also not a "stretch" harness. It's canvas and leather. Lack of visible elasticity. Inelastic tarpaulin straps are hard to come by for some reason. I am satisfied with the durability, price and look of this belt. Works with jeans or khakis.

I wish more manufacturers would announce sizes upfront, it has to be an internet thing. No real convenience if the products aren't what they are. Pooh. If you're ordering a 36", do yourself a favor and order a 38".

I liked the look of this belt but wasn't really expecting anything different when using a belt with some stretch versus a stiff belt. I found it much more comfortable and at times I didn't realize I was wearing a belt. It also looks great.

I bought this belt 5 years ago and have worn it most of the time since. Still works, but has signs of use. It is very durable and functional.

I had this Columbia belt in a different color - very stretchy, comfortable until the holes disappeared. I saw this list and snapped it... BUT THIS doesn't stretch! It is mixed in the listing with 3 other stretch fabric bands.... But remember this is NOT a stretch band. Another of many examples of lack of detail…. Walmart doesn't bother us buyers verifying seller's accuracy... shame on them

I've had this belt for a few years now and I'm very satisfied. It is very versatile and well made. The quality of the new one looks just as good as my old one. Now I have one for each seat.

It seems well made for an everyday belt in this price range, but this belt doesn't stretch. It is made entirely of leather, non-elastic cotton and buckle material. Fair enough, but the product description needs an update. Columbia, I love your products, but you don't make it easy on yourself.

I would keep this belt if it was as advertised. While it has fine workmanship and I would love it if it was actually an elastic strap, this isn't a buyer, beware.

While this is a good belt, it doesn't stretch as the name might suggest. Unfortunately the men's size 42 belt I ordered was the wrong size, but luckily it fit another man's size 34. So if you're looking for a belt that stretches, look elsewhere.
