🏽 Charcoal Heather Boys' Columbia Steens Mountain Clothing Review

The vest is ok, but looks more like a small old man's vest than a toddler's vest. The material is thin and looks like it might fall off. It's functional and I got a good price for it, but it's not trendy.

My son is a huge Gravity Falls fan and we got him this for his birthday. He loves it and wears it everywhere he goes. It's soft, warm, well made and fits just as expected.

Excellent quality as expected from Columbia. Perfect fit for my son. Pretty thick but not heavy. Keeps you warm on cold days/nights.

This is the third Columbia vest I have bought for my son. I had to buy a new one just because it outgrew the first two. His old ones are still in great shape and I can give them to a friend. I highly recommend these vests, they are well made and keep my son warm!

A good well tailored vest, this is our second, it has grown from the first. I remember when the first one was too big, the kids kept growing. But this one has withstood all the washes and abuses and outlasted many other garments. When the time comes, we will buy one size larger.

I've had one of these for a year and it keeps my body warm really well. I ordered it for my son and he loves it too. It is nice that the outside pockets have zips, and there are also two inside pockets without zips. Very good for layering. Make no mistake!

So disappointed in this vest. My son has the exact same vest in XS and my husband has an adult size (still same color and same product name) and this is much worse quality. The material isn't nearly as thick and the logo isn't sewn on but on the label. The other two vests have "Made in Vietnam" labels, but this one shows Bangladesh. From the looks of it, it's either lower quality or they've changed the product since we last ordered it. To return.

The material is soft and more anthracite than black. The vest fits more than expected. I think this is an average junior size, not a child size.

I really liked the vest, but I had to fill the pockets with fleece. The inner bag material is thin, scratchy and not warm at all. The rest of the vest is ok. I am buying a second time for my husband.

This is exactly what I was looking for: a thin, understated yet warm vest that can be worn over a shirt and/or under a jacket. Fits well for my son's long, slim torso.

This is perfect for my 11 year old! He loves to! My husband has one and wanted it to fit. It's very soft and has a name patch which I love!

Fits my son perfectly. He's 10 and he's big. I liked it so much that I bought an X-Large. My son gets too hot so they are great for warming the body without getting too hot.

It was exactly as I had imagined. Soft and fit well. Was a Christmas present, hasn't been washed yet so can't comment on how it washes and dries.

Bought for my son's school photos, layered over a blue and green striped button, it came out really cute. I've always loved Columbia clothing.

Cute little vest, but Revane does what they want again. I ordered black, charcoal came. No notice, they didn't have black.

We all have one for family photos to attach to our orange bison check buttons and they fit perfectly, not too tight and the kids love them as much as we do!

I know it sounds grumpy but the quality of this Columbia vest is much lower than used ones, also from Columbia. From afar, these two vests might look similar, but as soon as you touch them you'll know how crappy they are. This is where the quality of this vest is below what Columbia used to make. It is very comfortable and keeps the perfect temperature. At work, I get too hot in a long-sleeved jacket and I take it off and on, but it keeps my body warm enough not to overheat. It's also very soft, well cared for and still looking as sharp as the day I received it.
