The first thing I did was try it out on my phone and love how simple it is. It took less than 10 minutes to get up and running. I didn't think I would like it as much as I do. The idea of creating a'mind map' is great because it's freeform. You don't have to worry about editing the info you're putting into it. I think that's the best feature. This is a great tool to get organized and start brainstorming new ideas and plans. What makes this unique is its ease of use; it is really straight…

Pros
  • Easy to use.
  • Freeform.
  • Quickly creates great ideas.
Cons
  • Sometimes I found myself thinking 'I should be doing this' while working on my maps.
  • No good way to view your completed mindmaps on mobile devices.

I'm not sure if you're aware of the term mind map. But if you aren't familiar with it, I would suggest looking it up. Here's a link to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mind_map If you don't know what it is, please do your research before deciding whether or not you want to use it. What I like about it is that it does what it says it does. You create maps that are visual representations of your ideas. So you can see what your thinking is visually. It also allows you to connect any idea…

Pros
  • Easy to navigate - the software was easy to understand even if I didn't have much experience with it
  • Good for brainstorming
Cons
  • Can't see where things are connected (a bug) - It appears that when you draw a connection between two nodes, it removes the old node

A mind map is a visual representation of your thoughts.

This is an online mind map tool, which means you create a diagram or tree of ideas in a web browser. You can add nodes (bullets) to these maps that represent ideas or other maps. Then you connect those nodes with lines called "connectors". These connectors show relationships between two or more nodes. You can also use text to describe the connection between two nodes. Nodes can also be colored to indicate the importance or relevance of each node. For instance, red nodes could be important and…

Pros
  • If you're having trouble organizing your thoughts, this might help.
  • Great for team collaboration and planning processes as everyone sees how ideas are connected together
  • Supports diagrams for a variety of purposes - from basic mind maps to highly complex org chart diagrams and even flow charts
Cons
  • Limited access to people who aren't logged in
  • No ability to change colors of nodes without changing color of connector lines
  • Requires Flash plugin
