Knives really cut and don't break when you need a little work. Forks and spoons do NOT have cheap little plastic needles that stick in your mouth, but they are smooth so perfect for kids. I LOVE that the handles have a raised design because they're easy to grab even if your hands get wet from cooking or summer activities like boating or by the pool, which is a big problem with other brands.
