Not only did the faucet leave brown rings on our new marble top, the faucet handles came loose at the bottom, forcing me to undertighten the mounting screws several times. The drain did not come with clear installation instructions, so it took several separate attempts to prevent the drain from leaking. After playing around with this faucet for a month, we ordered a Moen faucet, installed it in 10 minutes and consider this purchase a loss. .

I installed a Home Depot brand faucet in a room and received the same one. The quality is very different. It took a lot longer to install, the instructions were very vague and the quality is noticeably inferior to even a hardware store brand faucet. The pull out drain is very nice (it was a bit easy to install) and it looks really nice. But once you install it, you will surely understand why it costs so much less than well-known brands. It includes tubing and a drain assembly, so that's a plus.
