Defective product in key cabinets

I bought this for work and have been using it for a week now. Unfortunately, one side keeps unscrewing as I turn the keys. I added an extension and tried to unscrew it but the extension comes loose and won't unscrew from the end. This makes it extremely difficult to even assemble this site to add or remove keys. This is a great product but either I received a faulty product or the product itself is poorly designed.

This item made a great birthday gift for the man who had everything

This item made a great birthday gift for the man who had everything! My husband hates bulky keychains so this gift was perfect for him. COGLOB was always available to answer any questions. The product meets our high standards and we do not require after-sales service; However, it is nice to know that you are buying a quality product from a small company that really cares about you! I plan to buy them for all the men in my life and maybe I'll buy them for myself too!

j Cool idea, but the instructions are only in pictures and thinkers with missing pictures are not that easy to follow.

I really like this idea, but what I didn't understand is that most of my keys are set up to be easy to spot or for handy functions like lid lighting. So I can really only get 4 buttons comfortably. It's enough for me to get by, but it can be an issue if there are others like me who rely to some extent on certain types of keycaps for identification. I have to remember to keep my phone and keys separate because the case scratched the glass of my phone. It's well made, it's an interesting idea and
