The strap is Amazing it’s long and wide. No matter how much you put in it and you can put a lot in it. iIt doesn’t feel like it’s weighing you down and it doesn’t hurt your shoulder. Food fell on it and just wiped it off! Love it❤️❤️

First zipper broke very first time it was zipped out of The box with nothing even in the bag. The second primary zipper has not broken also. Bag is only a few weeks old

I really like the bag. I really didn't want to return it but the material on the inside of the bag feels really cheap. I don't think it would last very long. I can see it ripping quickly. It's really too bad I liked it.
