I had no idea how much tip you have - it's a lot! I've worn a few so far but I find them to be quite durable on my dressy headband. I like that they offer a little resistance when writing and drawing.

They don't work well on my screen. I mean I mostly used mine for protection and took them off to paint because of the way they stick. I'm assuming it's just for protection. But somehow it's gross to pull every now and then; although I'm grateful for the added protection.

Good thing this set is cheap and comes in such quantity because it wears out very quickly. I've had them for less than a month and have probably been through more than half of it. The price is reasonable for the quantity and quality, but I'll probably spend a little more for nibs that last longer once I'm through it all.

You might as well write with this pen cap; However, writing requires more effort as it has more friction than necessary. Friction causes the nib cover to fall off the nib when writing. So I stuck a very small piece of double sided tape between the tip and the lid. Well, at least the tip doesn't come off anymore, but the friction still bothers me a bit. I suspect it's a compromise without the tap-tap-tap sound.

This is the second brand of pencils that I have bought. I am a nursing student and every semester I use GoodNotes to take literally hundreds of pages of notes on my iPad. At first I bought pens to make writing easier (instead of sliding a pencil on glass). They serve that purpose, but they have almost too much resistance and too much desensitization.
