Great quality for the price

Judging by the price it was worth the effort as similar products are significantly more expensive. My daughter uses it every day to connect her Chromebook to a 23" monitor via the HDMI port. So far no problems.

Awkward design and awkward to use

This adapter protrudes from the laptop and is very inconvenient to use. It also seems to be draining the battery more and has occasional problems connecting via HDMI. Would not recommend this product. Look for something different.

Removable without command

This worked fine when my computer's screen broke trying to connect to an external monitor, but while my computer is using an SD card it will (incorrectly ) ejected to without my notification. wouldn't use it for that!

HDMI doesn't work

USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports work, but I bought it because my laptop doesn't have an HDMI port. When connected, it doesn't show anything. I also tried testing it with my Pixel 5 and that didn't work either.
