The interface is easy to use for new users as well as existing ones. It has some great features that allow it to be used in many different organizations at once without having to worry about compatibility issues. The ability to create new pay plans without having to manually input all the data is great. It also allows us to track our employees performance which helps drive future pay increases for our team members. I wish it would have been easier to navigate through the system. There are a lot of different ways to get to different areas within the program, and not always easy to find. Take some time to learn how to use the program. I especially like the ease of access. It's so easy to see what you've actually earned and paid. I don't like how you have to pay for payroll twice a year. We do not have time to do payroll twice a year. This is not a good thing. Compease is the best for my needs. I've only used it for a month. I've seen nothing that I don't like about Compease.
