It can be easily reprogrammed over USB from a Raspberry Pi or other computer using the C/C++ SDK or the official MicroPython port. Pico Driver Motor HAT is a DC motor control module that is powered by one H-bridge IC L293D with the motor input supply range 6 V-24 V. Connect up to 2 DC & 1 Stepper Motor. Good idea, bad execution.

I liked the motor shield idea because it would make motor prototyping a lot easier - just plug in the wires and you're good to go it start What I didn't really think about was how uncomfortable the shield is. My mental image of a shield would be something you put on top of Pi like many shields and allow you to stack them inside each other and so on. Without additional expansion options. Also, I don't even know what pins to use - the board came with no documentation and nothing is readily…
