As others have said, don't buy these to wear as underwear. These are compression shorts and are therefore very, very tight. My height is 5'10, my height is 195-200 and my waist is 34-36 depending on the season. My thighs are thicker than average thanks to years of deadlifting and squatting. I've found that if you want shorts that actually offer compression during your workout, you should go for shorts that are about 85% nylon, 15% spandex - and they fit the bill.
