Worked: Phone accessory

It did what I needed Plug my RJ9 headset into my computer but it didn't sound clear so my headset and the people I'm talking to also hear noise .

Great find for headsets

This adapter saved me money from not having to buy a new headset for work. The headset I have was made for the landline I have. I just brought it in and didn't want to buy another one, I went to Amazon and found this adapter and it works great.

Great USB phone converter for standard headsets

I use Cisco Jabber at work and it allows me to use a headset that plugs into my phone and toggles to connect to my computer. This is a better option than buying all new headsets that cost more. And due to COVID-19, many headsets are unavailable. This is a reasonable option based on features and price. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs to use it, whether small or large business.
