I like that it has all of my contacts in one place, so they are easy for me as well! It's also very helpful when you have multiple people working together with different time zones or schedules - just set up your schedule once then everyone will be able see what their next steps should be without having an actual meeting scheduled (which can sometimes lead into confusion). I love how easy it was for me as an admin, when new employees joined our team they could have their own workspace with all of my teams channels in one place! It's also great that you can see who has been inactive or not used your slack channel at least once since joining this month/year etc so we know if someone needs some guidance / training before using certain features (or even just being there).
