I like that it has all of my contacts in one place, so they are easy for me as well! It's also very helpful when you have multiple people working together with different time zones or schedules - just set up your schedule once then everyone will be able see what their next steps should be without having an actual meeting scheduled (which can sometimes lead into confusion). Sometimes there isn't enough information given about how certain things work/what some features do if someone doesnβt knowβ¦
