Not working. This is a qualifying laptop and this product will not function properly. After I plugged in my SSD and then connected via this cable. I just can't find my search disk. I try both sides of the cable but it doesn't work.

This was my second try with this cable. The first had a broken plastic connector where it connected to the hard drive. This tape has a fully exposed and broken cable. This time I get a refund and will go elsewhere to get a new one.

I bought this thinking it was just a cable and basically a universal one to transfer data between the 2.5Drive and the motherboard. And I've read the comments saying it's plug and play. The laptop recognized the hard drive without flinching. $10 is pretty steep for a basic cable, but it was my cheapest option on Amazon (that's $4 on Alibaba, but 3 months shipping and ½ return versus Amazon's 2-day no-quibble policy).
