Unreliable connection at all. None of the L's worked properly. Big disappointment. Can request a refund. Thanksgiving screening failed. BUT THE HBO MOVIE KING RICHARD saves the day! Too bad. I have to order 3 more packs.

Connectors can be difficult to connect and make a good, solid connection. I wish it had 2 long white connecting wires instead of just one. I couldn't get the T-connectors to work properly after trying different ways of connecting the LED strips. Only one leg of the T-Connect lights up.

Essentially, the RGB lighting has a positive side that needs to be clicked under the connectors, this had the positive side on the opposite side (flipping doesn't fix it). Make sure they fit, otherwise you'll pinch the RGB LEDs at the top of the connector and it'll be annoying.

One out of ten 90 degree connectors worked. one. I spent an hour doing a job that should have taken 10 minutes. I thought I was doing something wrong until one finally worked. I literally have a better connection when holding my LED strips with my fingertips than this product; I am serious. This product will be a disappointment.

But connections suck. Big. I've bought different types of plugs that connect the lights but won't light up after the first set so they're useless. Yes, I made sure the polarity matched. I've tried all types of connectors and in different configurations. I even tried soldering them on to ensure a solid connection. In 3+ weeks I've managed to get pissed off a few times and not connect any of the 12ft LEDs, so I haven't finished my project yet. Useless with a big W. UNSTANDING.
