The ability of being able to create multiple roles is great! We were previously using an excel spreadsheet but now we can use this software as it's much more efficient than that method which was very time consuming when creating new users or adding access rights in general. The team are very responsive and helpful. They have come up with a very unique and bespoke solution, with the right amount of customisation to suit our needs. The ability of using templates is great because it helps us avoid writing each approval form several times - just set one template in place once we have done this many time before!
