Entertaining and educational

Very funny. I played with my family of four and my 10 year old won. She was so excited to use one of her school vocabulary words. <>

Epic Good Times: Standard decks of cards

Makes me wish I was poly so my husband and I can have a moderator who isn't five years old. We've learned that the catchphrases "poop" and "twilight sparkles" win instantly.

Pros
  • High scores for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Negative gift

Great party game! in card games

I'm not interested in politics, debates or anything else but I like other similar card games and I just love sharing jokes with friends and family members. This game is great for laughing and not taking the world seriously! Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a good time with friends!

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Expensive

Get the expansion pack too!

You can sound like a politician too! The idea of this game is not to discuss urgent issues, but to offer the most outrageous answers to moderator questions from the cards in your hand, which are candidate quotes. Get the expansion pack! Challenger: Politically incorrect card game expansion

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Intelligent, approachable, funny.

Bought for my friend who is a political scientist/philosopher/law student and he liked it; Not only did he love it, we brought it to game night and everyone loved it, regardless of their political knowledge. Less than 30 seconds later we were laughing again. A really great group game. You definitely don't need any basic knowledge to play.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

New favourite. for standard playing card decks

Bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday (he loves American politics and watching debates despite being Canadian) and he loved it! We love playing board games but always criticize them, but this game is flawless! Not only is it funny and fun for those who love politics, but it's also perfect for those who don't understand politics at all! Great game for parties, family reunions and any other situation!

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

This game is incredibly fun! To see how my friends look at everyone.

This game is so much fun! I laugh out loud every time I see my friends take on characters from across the political spectrum to promote their (often outrageous) platform. People are a little intimidated by this at first, but it's shocking how quickly they find out. It's also a lot of fun to read the cards and be amazed by the quotes from real presidential candidates.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • old

Fantastic game - totally authentic and endless fun

I picked The Contender because I've been a long time fan of Justin Robert Young - I have incredible respect for him and really appreciate what he does. Aside from my admiration for it, this game is truly exceptional. Let me address that briefly. The game takes several rounds to create a flow. I noticed in my playthrough that you want to simulate a debate - that's why you have Attack and Objection cards. Once your group has mastered the game, you can really create an immersive atmosphere that's…

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Almost never
