The best thing about this software is that it has all of my writer's information right at their fingertips. I can see who they are working with, what stage each piece of work is in, when we last spoke, etc. It also gives me an overview of how many words each writer needs for every article or post. This makes creating articles much easier because I know exactly where to start from without having to look through tons of tabs and sub-tabs.
