You can easily configure the security and access control for many content types. You can easily control access to different content items (pages, folders, documents). The ability for me as an individual user, not only being able solve any problem I have with my server but also other people who are using it can do so too! I like that this software will let you log into your server from any computer in our network, so when someone forgets their password they can get back onto it with ease! The UI is very intuitive, it's easy to learn what each feature does once you get familiar with it. It has a lot of different features which can be overwhelming at first but once you know how to use them they are very powerful. I like that it is able to connect to other content management systems which helps when using CMS's from multiple vendors.
