They are very good at what they do. I've never had an issue with them for over 2 years of using their product. We use multiple apps in our business; from email marketing management through project tracking & resource scheduling - all done via content tap. Great customer service! The support team responds quickly everytime we have any questions or issues (and it's not often!). As far as pricing goes there should be flexibility built into that so some plans can offer more features then others…
