I like that it lets me edit multiple pages at once, not just one page! It can be very slow to work with sometimes (especially when using cloud hosting), which makes editing larger projects more difficult than necessary. Also there's no way of previewing your changes before they are made - you have to save them all together in order for any edits or deletions/additions to take place. Content Tools is easy to use and has all the features I need to create dynamic web pages. I love that you can add images to your page without having html experience, or even knowing how many pixels are in an inch! You need some patience when adding things like fonts (but it's worth sticking with). When there isn't much text displayed at once you have to click through multiple pages of options before seeing what will actually be added - but if they could fix this then we would never leave their website again!!
