As a lover of retro gaming, I was initially excited to try this replacement joystick for my Nintendo system. A controller connector appears to be defective, very difficult to insert into the n64 and difficult to remove no matter where I try to insert it. I can't get it through either, but it works and still works as intended. The other controller works fine. Seems to be working fine after 1 use, hope they last. I considered returning for controller 1, but I just left it plugged in and took care of it.

For the money it's ok. The problem with this is that the switch in the middle is simply mounted on a small metal bracket. So if you press hard in any direction, the switch will disengage from the piece of metal. I had to tape my dinner to keep it from coming off. You have to be careful if someone tries to do the same because you don't want them to hit the base piece or it will mess up the range of motion.
