I received this hob in January and am enjoying everyday cooking more and more, powerful, easy to clean and great looking! The seller was quick to respond when I contacted them about a lost extra rust pad. Happy with their customer service.

We installed this hob last weekend and have been using it for almost a week now. We are very happy with it. Just installed this device today. It looks amazing but the best part is that it works amazingly. beautiful flame. Excellent burner performance as well as cooking. The grates are heavy and interconnected, making them very easy to move from one burner to another. Safe ignition is a big plus for us as we have small children. It also comes with a 3 year warranty! Also called Robam USA and quickly get great info from Calvin! I don't get that kind of service from my doctor. I am completely satisfied!

Remember we only had it installed for ten days and replaced a mistake - ceramic/glass, natural gas, a cooktop that wasn't that hot, literally and always looked like a mess. Big difference. Very precise temperature control. 22,000 BTU burner boils water FAST! And continues to simmer while quickly adding a full packet of spaghetti. Everything is hard and high quality. I can't believe what an improvement this was. We bought this Robam 4 burner to replace our 22 year old GE. It was an excellent choice. On the plus side, the amazing dual burner heats food/liquids quickly; Low-profile grills (and lighter than many rivals) It's attractive in a minimalist style, and the burners always turn on, although they do turn on in a second or two. Depth was important to us - it's not as deep as other brands so our oven is placed underneath. The bathrobe is the perfect size.
