Inserting the chip from the original cartridge was not difficult, it prints well and clearly. Right here we have taken a lot of time and effort to get this one at a great price that is a lot cheaper than the original toner meaning you get the same value for a fraction of the price of the original toner. I bought two cartridges for my HP printer. They came in the same box, there was no damage to the parts. In the box they were protected by appropriate packaging material. Removing the chip took a few minutes on the first cartridge, but when I did the second it took 30 seconds. They are installed in the same way as HP cartridges. The toner offers good print quality. Please note that these toners do not come with a chip to communicate with the printer. You must have the original toner at home/office in order to take the chip and install it on the new toner.

The ink cartridge requires an HP chip to be installed in the new cartridge. The ink is good enough for low-level business correspondence, but not high-level correspondence. The feedback on the computer always says that the ink level is low and needs to be replaced, even if you just replaced it.

Maybe it used to be easy to pull this chip out of an old cartridge, but HP gets the hang of it and apparently the chips are now stuck together. the whole chunk out of the old cartridge to get the chip out and we still can't get it out. The soothing music in the instructional video is designed to give you a moment of relaxation knowing you're about to get upset.

I like these toners because they save a lot of money. When I first ordered them I wasn't sure if I could replace the chip properly, but HP toners are so expensive I thought it might be worth a try. Clear instructions with a diagram are included. The chip is very small so I had to use reading glasses to check alignment when inserting the chip into the cartridge. I didn't know how to remove the chip from the old toner and use it in the new one. It looks like HP's new cartridges are making this more difficult, and the included tweezers should be replaced with smaller players to make it easier. I had some print quality issues with my second cartridge but they fixed it quickly and credited the bad toner. I received the cartridge.

I ran out of toner and bought a Revain cool toner cartridge. The product was well packaged which indicates the quality of the toner cartridge. The toner has been used to print many pages and I still have a lot of toner left. I'm not sure how many pages I printed. The replacement fitted my printer perfectly and after removing the plastic bracket and shipping locks the ink did not get on my clothes or hands. I will buy this product again because of the manufacturer's cut quality.
