I ordered these for my new car to protect the remote controls and not scratch them. The remote controls work normally with the lids closed. I can't comment on the durability of this item as I've only had it for a short time.

I love the look it has and it feels great but it also interfered with remote start. I noticed a significant reduction in the distance I had to be to start the car. Therefore only 3 stars

I put on the key fob for my 2021 Nissan Rouge Platinum and it fits perfectly. I use pink, and I gave my husband black and red for the keys to my blush. I like how the red buttons on the black cover. He has a cool look

The key fob that came with my 2017.5 Nissan Murano, it was impossible to see what these buttons were. I would keep pressing the lock to unlock it. It's so easy to see with this cover. By the way, thanks to such a bright color, the keys are easy to find in my huge purse.

I bought this remote cover because I also have my wife's key fob and it helps me to just reach into my pocket to see which key is mine . The second lid is good as I put it on top of my spare lid that is staying at home. So far it hasn't picked up as much lint as other reviews have stated. The lid was difficult to put on at first, but now it's easier to take off and put on again (the battery had to be replaced). I went to the dealer and they brought the same thing but I bought 2 for 1 here.
