The USB ports are amazing

I don't understand all the negative reviews on this product. I bought this because it was one of the few options with such a long cord, which is really useful. USB ports are unreal. They charge my phone very quickly. It would take forever to use a regular charging pad that fits straight into the wall, but this cable fully charges my phone in less than an hour, which I think is totally worth it. There were no other problems.

End caps too close together - not worth the price

Although there is space, the end caps are so close together that it is not possible to insert 2 end caps, even if they are thick. I have an adapter plug and a regular deck chair plug and I can't plug in either. disappointing to say the least. On the other hand, the USB section is for fast charging. I hate it when common sense isn't considered when designing a product. If you have space, use it - make an end cap on the side or push it back.

Only useful if you want to connect something

I bought this socket strip because of the USB ports and two sockets, but USB for me Plus unfortunately only works on some of my devices. So I still have to use the chargers, that's fine. But the big problem is how close these forks are to each other. They're so close together that you can only connect one thing at a time for 90% of your electronics. I can't even plug in two charging plugs because they bump into each other? Also, the spacing was correct, allowing you to plug in a device that…

Working great after a year

We have an adjustable recliner that comes in two parts with cup holders and drawers. I bought this extension cord and another one with a shorter cord so we can power our laptops, charge our phones etc while we chill on the couch. I put one in my closet and the other in my friend's closet and routed the cords across the back of the couch to an outlet. A year later, my side's USB ports are working, but the guy's USB ports are not. Of course, 3-pin sockets also work great. So I just bought another

Arrived open; Broke after a month of use.

UPDATE: After posting the negative review below I was contacted by a representative who sent me a new cable free of charge (it's been working ever since) and was contacted again to make sure I'm happy . Still only 4 stars because of the effort involved and because it's not perfect: I wish it was a lot more minimalistic (I know you can, it's still a bit clunky) and the blue light is so bright I had to glue it. so as not to illuminate the whole room at night. Anyway, excellent customer service…
