This is a good phone but I could not get it to ring even after answering the call. I'm sure there is a way to program it, but it was more work than I was willing to put in an extra phone.

The graphics are terrible, the numbers and letters are stretched out so it's hard to read! Cannot switch to normal 12 hour format, military time is set! (24 hours)! Also, it doesn't show when the line is busy, which is very annoying when you pick up the phone and someone else is speaking.

The phone works well but the font used makes the display very difficult to read. Another issue we encountered was the phone ringing. There are several options, but a regular call is really quick and a bit annoying. Since our landline is still ringing, I had to turn off the ringer on that phone. Otherwise it serves its purpose.

I needed a home phone and I went for something as simple and functional as this phone. The design is simple and I can read all the buttons and see what each function does from the pictures. The volume is a bit lower than expected, but not bad. Setting up with my MagicJack was a breeze and it worked right away. I had clear call quality with no feedback or interference during calls.
