Scratches the surface very gently, does not clean and if pressed harder the rotation will stop. I feel like it was a waste of money and several other people I know said the same thing after I told them not to buy it.

The product is very thin, one of the tabs broke as soon as I started using it. The power keeps cutting out so you can't use it to clean as it will still turn off if you try. I regret buying this item, too much money is not worth it!😞😞😞😞

This is useless. If you press the handle a little, it is very fragile and plastic, so it can easily break. If you click everything, the brush will stop rotating. You cannot use it to clean bathroom or shower walls. I CHARGED IT OVERNIGHT AND COULD USE IT FOR THREE MINUTES AND IT LOST CHARGE.

Do not buy this item. It doesn't load properly, is poorly made and doesn't work. Stops spinning as soon as you hit the surface with your head as it has very little energy. When I tried using an extension cord, it didn't fit snugly enough to stay connected to other parts, and the "power" goes on and off. This is the second one I've tried and both had the same issues.

The people who made this product should be arrested for false advertising and selling defective products. It starts up when it wants to, shuts down when you try to use it, and doesn't clean anything. As soon as it touches the surface, it stops rotating because the mechanism's power is so weak. After reading other reviews I see that this is the norm. I am ashamed that Revain allows this product to continue to be sold.
