I hate that damn ringtone and font that uses the phone like a 1998 website. Glue the font of people. Kind of hard to read. However, I need a landline phone at home for work. This one is so damn good that I would take it again despite its flaws. It looks really good in my home office. LOL, here it is.

Terrible phone, very cheaply made, after almost a month of not using it stopped working, always said the line is busy, fixed all the problems with the provider, and it was a phone, have contacted the seller all they will do is give me instructions reprogram the base will not work do yourself a favor and stay away from this phone unless you just toss your money away.

I bought this for my desk at home to replace an old device that was just taking up too much space. In most cases this is perfect for my application. But my unit had one glaring weakness. The volume is too low. For example, I say this in comparison to my cell phone and other similar brand desk phones that we have around the house.

Bought for the office. The call was too loud and didn't get quieter. The ringtone was extremely unprofessional and could not be changed unless you assigned specific numbers to it. None of the calls (missed, answered or dialed) could be deleted. There was no user manual in the box and when I tried to find one online the company's website didn't list any products for sale.
