I used this cleaning product bought by this customer. I also bought concentrate. No matter how we dilute it, it leaves a film that should be smeared, leaving marks on the floor. Poorly cleaned and the floors dry for a very long time. Yesterday I bought the same cleaner from the local flooring store that we bought our flooring from. With the cleaner I bought locally, it dried quickly without leaving any residue or films. Maybe it's an old cleaner?

This product makes my floor look new, cleans and gives the floor a clean look. It effortlessly removes dust, water and dust stains. You must first sweep your floor for maximum results. I just spray it on and then wipe it off with a clean microfiber towel attached to my pipe. Works great on our new Coretec floors! We had them for about three weeks and a few black dots appeared on my new floor. I've never had vinyl floors so I have no comparison to floor cleaners. I bought this because it is the same manufacturer as our floors. Seems to be working fine. Our floors were very dirty, like they hadn't been washed in while they were installed (3 years). When I wipe the floor with a damp paper towel it literally turns black as mud.
