Corki Cycles Bike Water Bottle Holder, Lightweight Bicycle Water Bottle Cage For Road Bikes & Mountain Bikes - Red - 2PACK Review

I’m sure these will work fine… but it slays me when products aren’t as pictured. I purchased these black cages because the company logo was also black in the photos - noticeable, but subtle. When the arrived, my black cages have silver logos on them. This in no way effects the function, but I’m sick of it being acceptable to advertise a product that is different than the one being sent.

I’ve only been using these a few weeks but they’ve worked great for me so far. I have also been using blender bottles in them with zero issue. I haven’t tried the traditional water bottles in them but sure they’d do fine as well. I’ve used 24 and 28oz blender bottles in them so far. You do have to sort of pry them into the holder but this can be done while riding so not too difficult. Again, the regular water bottles may work even better. I bought this product which I still have installed on my bike now well because it looks good and syncs up with my color scheme but I really only use it now as a back up water holder for short trips. The problem with this product it that if you go over any bumps the water bottle falls through because the lip on bottom that holds the water in place is not long enough so water bottle slips through pretty easily. Due to the geometry of the rear suspension system on my mountain bikes resulting in limited space for my water bottles, I needed to get side-loading bottle cages for the bikes. I got these Corki cages several months ago, and they hold my bottle without a single time having the bottle drop out on any of the bumpy singletracks I've ridden. They seem very sturdy. I a have Raleigh mountain bike, my son has a Canondale. The holes were predrilled in the bikes and the holder fit perfectly. Tightened it down and I’ve been bringing standard sized water bottles on my rides ever since.

I purchased two sets of these and haven't broken them yet. They are very light, and throughout all my rides I haven't had any difficulties taking out the water bottles or putting them back in. Only once did my bottle pop out, but that was because I crashed. On some of the very bumpy farm roads I traversed, I didn't lose either bottle, and they seemed to stay very securely in place. I am impressed with the quality for such a cheap cage. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another.

Used these on my ebike for 4 months, until one of them cracked and my custom water bottle fell out and cracked the bottle. Stick with a metal one!

Product arrived very fast and was packaged safely. The color was true to the picture and matched perfectly. Install was a breeze, as is the case with most water bottle holders. The holder itself is strong and I don't feel like it would be breaking anytime soon. Easy in and out while riding, but no fear of it falling out even on the bumpiest of trails.

A unique design with great color options. The only frustration is the piece the sticks up sometimes stops the bottle from slipping back in easily.Wouldn’t put it on my road bike where I’d be trying to put the bottle back while riding.

It is perfect to hold bottles on terrain that will vibrate your bike. In the end of the ride your bottle will stay on. The only problem that I see is on my wife's bike, the geometry of her frame is smaller so I can't really fit a normal 32 oz water bottle. If the holder has adjustable mounting holes along the whole holder I could adjust it lower but as far as problems go, this is a minuscule one.

I love these cages. I ordered one pair to try them out and found them far preferable to my existing aluminum cages. Adds more visual appeal to the bicycle. Lacks the ability to resize. I could always bend the aluminum brackets in to make them work with an off the shelf bottle of water or sports drink. This one will loose the store bought bottle after I hit a series of bumps and forget to nudge the bottle back in place. Sometimes the old fashioned stuff was tried and true for a reason.

I bought these looking for the lightest cages I could find on a budget and I have been very impressed. Both weighed in at 34 grams on my scale (without bolts), which is excellent for the price. These bottle holders are flexible enough to easily retrieve your bottle. Some metal holders are a struggle to retrieve the bottle. Especially nice on my wife’s step through bike where there’s not much room between the frame bars.
