Exactly what I needed. Looks good too.

My P400 case only had a stock fan on the front and the air intakes are small. Temperatures will be a bit high and there won't be very good airflow. Place the 2 140mm fans in the front and move the stock 120mm fan up. Temperatures are cooler and the red LEDs look pretty cool too. The fans are louder than a single 120mm fan, but not annoyingly loud. Although it doesn't really matter if I'm wearing a headset. The quality seems good, no problems so far. Cable length can be an issue on some builds…

Big fan, bad other colors

If it's based only on the fan and not on any color, it's 5/5. Fan works great, exhaust is great. My real problem is the color. I usually blush inside the case. During the holidays my wife insists I change the lighting to reflect the holiday. This year she asked for some green and blue. I've noticed that other case colors drown out the red color of the fan. Green is the worst as it almost turns white again. Blue makes it purple. I have 3 120mm Cooler Master Sickleflow fans on the top of the…

Good LED fans! On the topic of fans and cooling

Since this is my first build and there are so many different fans, I decided to just use these. They're pretty decent fans if the price doesn't put you off. They have enough airflow to be used as exhaust fans, and while they aren't PWM fans, you can still control the fan speed with DC voltage if your motherboard has that capability. The fan housing is quite solid and not flimsy. I chose the white LED only to illuminate the inside of the case. I read some reviews that said the brightness of the…

Looks great but needs a BIOS tweak to be quiet

Too bad these fans look so good as they are unbearably loud. I think in 2011 they might be considered silent fans but in 2021 they are the noisiest fans I have ever owned. With the stock fans that came with my Fractal Meshify case, my computer was barely audible under full load. After replacing these fans, you can hear the computer running from across the room. It's not worth it. UPDATE: After much fiddling, I figured out how to make the noise from these fans more bearable. If you haven't…

Looks nice! The light isn't blindingly bright: not exactly quiet

If I say these fans were a PAIN to install, they were a PAIN! Well it was a pain because of the included screws! The screws barely fit into their screw holes on the fans. Screws can easily strip terribly due to the tightness of the screws in their holes. They come with the exact number of fan screws (4 per fan). So if you don't have extra fan screws, you're screwed. Now for the actual fit in the case, which of course may vary by case, but they fit the NEO SILENT Metallic Gear ATX case well…

When I received the GeForce RTX 3090 FE, I realized that the LED fans I thought were "white" were actually more blue, and I wanted some of the fans to match the beautiful white tones of the " Geforce RTX" backlight . " Lighting on my GPU. I also upgraded my NH-D15 from regular to Chromax Black to really bring it home. After researching numerous fans and pictures, and answering questions, these 140mm fans seemed in Sized and lighting spot on The title The description says "CORSAIR AF140 LED LOW…
