The Macbook Pro 16 combines all displays with an AMD GPU. This GPU has bandwidth issues and this dock does not allow dual 4k@60hz to work properly. You will see odd colors and blurry text when the GPU downscales to 4:2:2 (example shown in the images) and the only way to fix this is to switch to 30Hz, which was unacceptable to me . I bought a Corsair TBT100 to replace my Elgato Thunderbolt docking station. The dock itself is good and has the connectivity I need.
