This is a great starter kit if you don't have a polish or lamp. My niece was thrilled and immediately had her manicure done. The varnish is neither liquid nor viscous, it dries under the lamp within 60 seconds. It comes with everything you need for nail extensions including a base coat and a top coat although they are small so you will need several of them. Otherwise this is a good set.
