Damaged cosmetics and personal care products

The item was damaged - three eyeshadows were completely broken and a complete mess. I would rather have a new one sent to me without having to go to great lengths to send this one back.

Broken Eyeshadow: Makeup Palettes

Four eyeshadows broke. I didn't open it because it was given to someone. I couldn't return because the return period had already expired.

Not terrible, not amazing.

3.5-4.0 stars. This is excellent value for money. Has a decent yield but very few drops. Not very pigmented which is disappointing as BH has a reputation for being a great pigment for the price. Nice palette but not my favorite. Not exactly what I was hoping for. To be honest, I think the $23 Morphe palette is the best value.
