Arrived with common dents but the company was great and sent us a replacement with no problem. I love the look and functionality of this hood. Looks great in our newly renovated kitchen. We get lots of compliments. The house is no longer filled with the smell of bacon all day long.

If like me you're a terrible cook and constantly on fire then this is the hood you need. It's certainly cheaper in looks, features and finish than the more expensive model, but it has a powerful engine and hassle-free installation. For the money you can't do anything better in my opinion.

I love this range hood and it looks great in my kitchen. I didn't realize the kit didn't come with filters so I had to order them before using them, although it's my fault. The installation took a while because the dimensions in the instructions were a bit wrong. Otherwise a good buy. I love how it looks in my updated kitchen.

Excellent product. A bit noisy on medium and high fan. Having a new setup in an old house I can't really complain as a fan and light is better than nothing. Added value for my home. I ended up downsizing from 6" to 4" for the wall outlet as it doesn't affect functionality or make the hole smaller in my wall. I simply cut the pipe and sealed it with tape.

Love how our hood looks! I think it does a good job and would recommend it to others. The only reason for 4 stars is that I would have to do something with the chimney - the outside/inside system is not very comfortable with our ceilings. I'm sure if you have higher ceilings it would be easier to raise the chimney and its vent, we barely have enough height to use both but need both. It will work, just not as easily as I had hoped.

Very happy with this hood. Looks great and is well made. Not as easy to install as another review said, especially since the manual seems to list a different design for the wall mounting method. I eventually figured it out, but ended up scratching the inner sleeve of the drain cover because it wouldn't slip through the outer sleeve. If you have a ledge at the ceiling/wall corner, be prepared to drill holes in the sleeve so you can attach it to the bracket under the ledge.

I chose this product for its modern combination of glass and stainless steel. I didn't want to spend a fortune (less than $200) as I'm slowly remodeling my 1971 kitchen since I can't afford $55,000 at a time. Arrived yesterday, installed today. First the pros: 1. Worked great, all buttons work, 3 fan speeds, very strong on high, 2 lightbulbs in front, both worked. Everything came intact, well packaged.3. The instructions were fine, just enough to get the job done. Cons: 1. It took a long time to remove the blue sticky coating covering all sorts of surfaces, please make it easier (less sticky) to remove.2.
