USB port with low gain

Works great at 110V. Good low battery alarm and shuts down at around 9V. But the USB port is horribly low current. Maybe 0.5 amps. Not enough to charge your phone. Part of what was said

Good inverter for the price. Works perfectly!

I'm not claiming this thing will always run at a full 500 watts, but I've tested it at that level and maybe a little more and it worked fine. I've used it a few times with a portable soldering station and a LiFePo4 battery and it just works. Even in the summer heat.

Reliable alternative power supply

Works amazing, very good quality. I was able to connect it to my car battery to turn on the TV and watch. The fan is not noisy, you can use it to turn on various devices. I have this when I go on vacation to other countries including my parents' home country where the electricity only works a few hours a day, it's very useful.

Suitable for many things, but not for tools with motors.

It's okay to run things like laptops, flashlights, and in my case, glue guns. However, it does not start a motor like a drill. :(I have a project at the park and I was hoping I could use it to run some electric drills to save my batteries. I plugged it in and the drill worked in very slow motion and "reverse"! I thought about it to give it 3 stars but really i basically needed to remove some dents from the sheet metal that was ruined at the park i hooked up the glue gun from my dent remover kit

***UPDATE 05/27/22 ***Oooh. I take back my positive rating. I got a new battery so I removed the attached battery and replaced it with a new battery. And the inverter broke. Less than a week in use. Luckily I have one on hand from a different brand. Check out the attached video for the crash. Time will tell but so far it's just great for Ego ARC cell batteries!

I bought this primarily for my son to use in his lawn care cart to charge his Ego ARC 56V batteries (all Ego products and batteries are available here at Revain!). It is mainly used for a grass trimmer, it has a 2.5Ah battery that will run out after about 5 household jobs in a row.
