They seem to absorb moisture well but they have a lot of strength (or what my mum called 'size' in these tissues when they are new). Packaging. They definitely need to be washed at least once before using them. Maybe 2 or 3 times. I've already washed them once and they're better, but they feel like they'll definitely improve in their softness and absorbency with more washings. Sorry they are not big enough to wear over the face for Covid protection or for stagecoaches. They are a good size…

This is terrible! They are not absorbent. They are horribly thin and wrinkled terribly after washing (and drying). There is no hope but painful blows. Don't waste money. It's going to be an embarrassing gift.

I hate to be the first one star review for this product but am disappointed with this purchase. I washed them when I received them and along with the shrinking and folding and I washed them in cold water, they are also very thin. I just threw them away so my money was wasted. I have been using Duluth Trading Company tissues for many years and I am probably just used to their great quality but unfortunately they are no longer sold. I was hoping it would be a comparable replacement.
