Cheaply made - I mean cheap. There are four plastic clips surrounding the flash mount that hold various accessories, and after some use they will inevitably break. Additional clips are included, but they also quickly broke after some use. Now there are no clamps and the product is useless. The included "softbox" and its colored inserts are a joke, but seriously. I have no idea how the heck this even works; I haven't figured out how to properly assemble the thing. Absolute rubbish.
