🔪 Craft World 3-Piece Standardgrip Cutting Mats 12x12 for Cricut Maker 3/Maker/Explore 3/Air 2/Air/One: Durable Craft Cutting Mats Review

These strong grip mats are VERY STICKY! I've only used it to cut through thick glitter card stock and when I removed the cut some of the paper was stuck to the mat. And I mean stuck! I've tried unsuccessfully to scrape it off. I guess I'll have to get the LA Awesome and see if that helps get the paper off the mat. Next time I'll just take a green rug and tape painter's tape around the edge of the paper to hold it in place.

I have ordered these rugs from Craft World several times with no problems. On this last order I received "Funnygame" mats instead of Craft World. I looked at the Revain brand and Funnygame is actually cheaper than what I paid for this order. To top it off, the adhesive all over the vinyl is coming loose and the mat loses tack after just 4 passes. I will switch to another brand as I have lost confidence in Craft World brand now.

Mat works reasonably well with the Cricut Explore Air 2, especially for the price! The only "downside" I've encountered is that sometimes when the Cricut reads a black border, the mat won't stay in the Cricut during the first scan. The mat will pop out when Cricut starts cutting. I think maybe the carpet is too thick, maybe that's the reason? I'm not sure. I just nudge the mat a little so it stays in the Cricut during the scan, and after that it works fine.

When it comes to my craft, I'm always on the lookout for a bargain. I love this pack! At the time of purchase and/or to date, it was cheaper than any Cricut offering. I love the traction on many projects I've made with my Cricut. Remember that with every project you make, the bond strength decreases and you have to buy more. That's why I love this kit.
