Yes they are big. But that's the only thing that's impressive. Candles burn very quickly and release a lot of wax. Too expensive for what they are.

I bought these to include in my camping/survival fire starter kit. What can I say. Those are candles. The extra length is just what I needed and I'm happy with them.

Bought for my girlfriend's birthday cake. Candles are tipped and, after being lit, drip wax into the cake. By the time she blew out the candles, the cake had turned into an ugly mess.

No wicks, which means you had to burn the candle until it dripped to get the wick out. They are very drippy and flimsy, not durable and absolutely not worth the price. My cake was waxed :(((

They are super thin and fragile. Many were damaged upon arrival but luckily I only needed one for my daughter's first birthday. The one I used looked very elegant and burned about as fast as a regular candle.

These candles are so thin they were all broken in the envelope when I received them. Had they been delivered differently they might not have broken but I doubt it given their fragility. You might as well light your six bucks and watch them burn, because that's going to be a lot more useful than these candles.

The candles were a little pricey considering you light them, sing Happy Birthday and blow them out, but they looked so gorgeous on my daughter's two tier birthday cake! They are very thin and burn quickly but I loved the way they looked once lit. I decorate cakes so it's important to achieve the exact look I envision and these candles did just that.
