I bought this bag as a Christmas present for my sister. By February, both top zippers had come loose from the bag body. I contacted the seller for a replacement and they asked for pictures of the problem. I sent them in and received a replacement almost immediately. Can't say enough good things about this experience.

I love this bag! The quality is excellent and the price is great. Multiple zipped compartments are perfect for organizing whatever I need to carry around. The color (papaya) is so pretty but not too bright. The shoulder strap is durable and adjustable. Customer service is above perfection. This company, Crest Design, really cares about their customers. I love this bag so much I could buy another one in a different color!

I need a bag that can be put in a shopping cart, on a bench and under an airplane seat for easy cleaning. This bag can withstand anything! It's the perfect size, very stylish and functional, with 8 compartments for all my stuff! I love the versatility of this bag because I can wear it three ways: as a crossbody bag, as a crossbody bag, or as a top handle bag. It's also durable and lightweight. I have used this bag throughout Eastern Europe. I'm not a morning person so the size is just right for me. My husband loves the drums. I love diaper bags. After the pandemic, I didn't use my usual large feed bag for a number of reasons. I finally found a bag with multiple pockets (7 zips) that I can wipe clean and that takes up very little space. For nurses, I have hand gel, gloves (no box), disinfectant wipes, barrier cream, plenty of wound care, pill crusher, pill splitter, oral care and all my vitals stuff in this bag, all in different bags. I'm not surprised that the current rating for this wallet is 91% - in fact I'm surprised it's not 100%. The quality of the nylon material is the best I've seen, as are the zippers. This wallet has structure, does not fold, easy to put on and take off. The wallet is very well contracted and should last well past the 12 month warranty. The design is superb with plenty of zipped pockets for storage. Despite all the storage compartments, it is light and compact. The price is really very reasonable.

I only got this bag last week but I like it so far. I was concerned that the strap would be too short but no need to worry - when fully extended the strap is 58 inches long which is more than enough for me.
