My toothpaste is VERY thick and difficult to squeeze out of the tube. You need to place the tube on the edge of the sink and lean your palm against the end to squeeze out a little. I never thought I'd make a mistake when ordering a new toothpaste I've never tried. I never thought I would ever write a review about toothpaste! I ordered this by accident and it's the best toothpaste ever. It's a wonderful thick paste with a fresh taste and slightly grainy texture. After every tooth cleaning I feel like after a professional tooth cleaning. My mouth feels so clean and I can say my gums feel great now after 6 months of use and my teeth are visibly whiter. I am disappointed that this is just a double of another Creat Pro Enamel Sensitive. Another does wonders for my sensitive teeth. This one does absolutely nothing even though the ingredients look the same. It's gritty and a bit more foamy, which I really liked, but my sensitivity came back overnight! If you are using a handset that does NOT say "Advanced", do not purchase a replacement.
